This research is entitled tenant compensation for the use of hotel room facilitiesaccording to DSN-MUI fatwa NO: 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 (Case study ofsharia hotels in North Rantau District, Labuhan Batu Regency), this aimsto find out how provisions tenant's loss ofhotel facilities, implementation tenantfor facilities according NO:112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 Utara including, Wisma Syariah Hotel,Ahza and Rifana Residence Syariah. uses field research.The method used a qualitative data sources wereobtained through interviews with 3 tenants (Musta'jr) lessees (Mu'jir). Theresults indicate that there are still enforce compensationlaws clearly violates rules theFatwa National Syari'ah Council Number 112/DSN-MUI/IX/2017concerning Ijarah Contracts which states Musta'jir ijarah contract 'ala ala'yan, not obliged bear risk losses arising from utilization, except foral -ta'addi, al -taqshir, or mukhalafat al-syuruth, contents andterms contract. So leasing creates harm directimpacts such as party who harmed where contains dharar includestyrannical actions against tenants.
